I don't understand why we can't have faster TTKs.

Most things were closer to vulcan's level pre-CAI. Everything should be buffed to vulcan's level. But that's fine, vulcan is the benchmark that all weapons should aspire to be. Vulcan is fucking nuts and I say that as someone in an armor outfit on all 3 factions. People should play each empire before they have the right to complain or demand any nurf. One, the Aphelion hurts like hell when using start up damage.
